Private, exclusive, and shared with only a limited number of guests each day, you never have to worry about crowds as you explore over 40 acres, surrounding the state of Hawaii’s largest privately accessible waterfall. Enjoy miles of trails, incredible views of 4 waterfalls, bamboo gardens, and when river safety conditions permit, swimming, kayaking and paddleboarding under Kulaniapia Falls, which is over 120 feet tall - that’s 40 feet taller than Rainbow Falls!
Your daypass also includes a $50 discount on some of our other guided experiences and adventures like farm tours, cooking classes and waterfall rappelling. Daypass guests may also book our Chef’s Table dinner, although this discount does not apply.

Your daypass includes a $50 discount on certain guided experiences, so you pay the same price as our overnight guests. Overnight guests DO NOT need a daypass to enjoy the property.
Your daypass gives you access to Kulaniapia Falls for the period of your booking. If you do not book an additional activity, you must arrive promptly at your daypass booking’s start time. After 15 minutes, late arrivals for guests only holding daypasses are subject to an additional fee of $20/guest. Guests with activity reservations should arrive 15 minutes before their activity, and guests with activities in the afternoon (or dinner) may arrive anytime before that, without paying a late arrival fee.
We operate rain or shine. Swimming and renting kayaks / paddleboards are only allowed when river conditions are safe, but trails are always open. While we do not provide refunds due to unsafe swimming conditions, if conditions are unsafe on the day you book, you may request a gift card for $25/guest that you may use towards a future visit, activity, or stay.

Please note the following, which you must agree to when booking:
Kulaniapia Falls is a wild, natural, off-the-grid setting with no lifeguard on duty.
We will not access the property without first checking in at the office and signing liability waivers. We will not enter the river unless staff advise that conditions are safe on the day of our visit.
Swimming, and renting Kayaks and Paddle Boards is only available when river safety conditions permit and may not be possible after excessive rain. Exploring the property / trails, getting close to the falls, etc is still possible during such times. If you are not able to swim, you will not be provided a refund, but you may request a gift card for $25/guest that you may use towards a future visit, activity, or stay. You will be refunded any prepaid rental fees for kayaks / paddleboards.
